At Well@, our retreats are anchored in four pathways of healing: ACE, SHIPS, MIND, and AWE. Each retreat focuses on one root while always weaving in the others because growth is never one-dimensional.

The SHIPS Retreat
The relation-SHIPS Retreat is for anyone moving through a breakup, divorce, separation, or the closing of a meaningful life chapter. Relationships, whether with partners, family, friends, or ourselves, shape the way we live, love, and lead. When they shift or end, we often feel adrift.
Through circle conversations, body-based healing practices, guided rituals, and time in nature, participants release the weight of expired experiences and step into the circle of wholeness.
The ACE Retreat
Our earliest experiences shape who we are and how we relate to others. For some, childhood was filled with security; for others, it carried pain, adversity, or neglect. These Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) leave lasting imprints — but they don’t have to define us.
This retreat invites you to examine your past with compassion, to reshuffle the deck, and to play a new hand with awareness, empowerment, and choice.​
The Re-MIND Retreat
The mind is powerful, creative, and sometimes chaotic. Thoughts twist and turn, beliefs harden, and perspectives get stuck. But just as patterns can be tangled, they can also be realigned.
This retreat is about reframing your story, editing unhelpful scripts, and rediscovering mental flexibility. Through guided practices, conversations, and creative reflection, participants move from mental overload to greater clarity, coherence, and calm.​
The AWE Retreat
Awe is the quiet medicine of the soul. It humbles us when we stand before something vast, and it delights us in the smallest, fleeting moments. Yet in our busy lives, we often forget how to stop, look, and wonder.
This retreat awakens awe through mindful practices, nature immersion, and creative exploration. Participants learn to reconnect with curiosity, expand perspective, and bring a renewed sense of wonder into daily life.​
What Every Retreat Includes
Every retreat is a 4-night, 5-day journey designed with rhythm and spaciousness:

Movement: Yoga, Mindful Walks, Tai Chi, Dance or Creative Flow
