Meet The @Founder

What does it really mean to do life and work well?
About
Asha Dullabh is the founder of Well@Life, an international Clinical Psychologist, organisational advisor, educator and speaker with more than 20 years of experience across clinical practice, healthcare, education and organisational settings.
Originally from South Africa, Asha has lived and worked across South Africa, the UAE and Southeast Asia. Her international career has enabled her to work with individuals, leaders, professional groups and organisations across diverse cultural contexts.

This experience has shaped her understanding that human development cannot be neatly divided into the personal and the professional. How people understand themselves, relate to others and respond to pressure influences how they work, care, learn and lead.

The idea for Well@Life grew from something Asha witnessed repeatedly throughout her career: people rarely need more information alone. They need opportunities to pause, recognise themselves within that information and encounter a perspective that helps them see differently.

What began through individual psychological work developed into facilitated group experiences, learning and development programmes, organisational advisory, retreats and multidisciplinary collaboration. The aim was to bring psychological depth beyond the therapy room and into the places where everyday life and work happen.

Today, Well@Life creates psychology-led development across corporate, healthcare and education settings, alongside retreats, speaking engagements and carefully matched one-to-one support.

Asha provides the psychological architecture and strategic direction behind Well@Life. Programmes and experiences are carefully curated and delivered by multidisciplinary teams of psychologists and appropriately qualified professionals selected according to the subject, sector and participant group.

At the heart of Asha’s work is a belief that meaningful change often begins with a shift in perspective and that the right conversation can influence what people notice, understand and choose to do next.
